At Flames & Grills By Tuli's, our Goat Seekh Kebab is a true tandoor specialty, not a curry. We start with finely minced goat meat and work in a blend of aromatic spices, then hand-press the seasoned mince onto skewers before it goes straight into the tandoor.
Char-grilled over intense heat, each skewer comes out tender inside with a lightly smoky, caramelised crust. It is a standout starter for one, and a natural centrepiece for kebab platters, party pre-orders and catering across northwest Calgary.
There is no shortcut for real seekh kebab, and we do not take one. The mince is hand-pressed onto each skewer and cooked in our clay tandoor, which is what gives this Calgary favourite its aromatic char and tender bite every single time.
